Solaya sits along Jumeirah's coastline, next to J1 Beach. According to the developer, Downtown Dubai is about a 15-minute drive and Dubai International Airport about 20 minutes by car. Travel times are indicative and depend on traffic.
Is Solaya freehold?
Solaya is offered as freehold property. Ownership eligibility and registration details are confirmed by the developer and the Dubai Land Department at the time of purchase, and we confirm them for your situation.

What is the payment plan?
A 60/40 plan: 20% down payment (On booking), 10% 1st instalment (May 2027), 10% 2nd instalment (November 2027), 10% 3rd instalment (May 2028), 10% 4th instalment (November 2028), 40% final instalment (April 2030, on handover). 60% is paid during construction and 40% on handover.
When is the expected handover?
The developer estimates construction completion in April 2030, which is also when the final 40% instalment falls due on handover.
