Who we are

What we collect
- What you type or choose in a form: your name, WhatsApp number, your email address if you give it, the residence collection and residence type you select, and, if you answer it, whether the purchase is for personal use or investment.
- How you reached the page: advertising click identifiers (gclid, gbraid, wbraid, fbclid), UTM campaign tags, the page address, the referring page, your device type and the time of your request.
- Your IP address and browser user agent, used to prevent spam and abuse.
We never ask for or store passport or ID copies on this website. If you choose to send documents, you send them to Emir directly on WhatsApp.
Why we use it
To respond to your expression of interest in Solaya: to send you current availability, floor plans and payment information for the residence you selected, and to follow up by WhatsApp, phone or email. We use the advertising identifiers to measure which ads lead to genuine enquiries. We never sell or share your details for anyone else's marketing.
Processors
- Google — Google Sheets and Gmail (storing and notifying us of your enquiry), Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads (measurement).
- Meta — Meta Pixel and Conversions API (ad measurement). Contact details are sent only as one-way hashes.
- Web3Forms — delivers your enquiry to our inbox by email.
- WhatsApp — when you choose to message us.
- Microsoft Clarity — anonymous page-interaction analytics.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar storage for ad measurement and analytics, and local storage to remember the campaign that brought you here for up to 90 days. Visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are asked first; if you decline, no analytics or advertising tags load.
Retention
We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them.
Your rights
To see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, message +971 58 592 35 65 on WhatsApp or email leads.emir.dulovic@gmail.com. We act on deletion requests within 30 days.
